Denise’s specialty is healthy food with a emphasis on local, paleo, gluten-free and vegan. But she also enjoys Italian, Asian, Grilled Meats, and seafood’s while creating interesting menus that meet the guest’s needs and desires.
Truth Within Breathework™
The aim is to gently guide others into finding the truth within their subconscious mind while breathing and teaching an internal dialogue technique to release emotions from the body.
Hands Om Crew
Focuses to connect professional freelance or permanent yoga instructors, massage therapist practitioners, health coaches, personal trainers, chefs with clients seeking a healthy body and mind.
Community Outreach
From youth leadership programs to environmental cleanup, from helping the homeless to feeding the needy, there is a broad spectrum of productive involvement to be offered by any motivated crew.
Private Chef
Working aboard yachts for over 15 years has given Denise a personality to adapt to new situations easily. She has worked at yacht owners homes, so she knows the importance of privacy and discretion. Catering private parties as a freelance chef for private homes in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale for many years with repeat clients. She has worked next to some of the best and culinary trained chefs in the industry giving her knowledge that keeps her inspired to cook and continue to learn more.
Truth Within Breathwork™
Denise Dobbs has been practicing Breathwork since 2005 undergoing training with master teachers including Sondra Ray, Leonard Orr, and Bob Frissell. Denise feels that working with such a diverse spectrum of teachers has contributed greatly to the cultivation of her own unique style and the ability to accommodate a wide range of clients in her practice. A diverse and well-rounded approach to self-healing has complimented her own personal Breathwork practice, incorporating techniques such as Vipassana Meditation and Jungian Shadow Work.

Community Outreach
Yacht Crew Without Borders (YCWB) is a non-profit initiative, begun in Fort Lauderdale, dedicated to bringing positive change to the yachting crew experience. YCWB provides meaningful ways for yacht crew members to recharge their batteries while making a positive impact on the cities they visit. By establishing relationships with local community service organizations in port cities around the world, YCWB offers yacht crews the chance to become involved in projects, activities and events that benefit the port cities, increase yacht crew morale and promote a positive profile of the international yacht community.
